Job Purpose Bajaj Finance Ltd.’s TICC - Technology Innovation and Collaboration Centre is a one-of-its-kind innovation lab and experience center in Pune. The Associate Lead Content Specialist plays a critical role in translating emerging technologies, tech innovation initiatives and ecosystem developments into structured, high-impact content and digital knowledge experiences. The role is responsible for owning and scaling the Knowledge Hub portal, driving thought leadership across AI, GenAI and emerging technologies and enabling organization wide awareness through content, research and engagement initiatives. It ensures seamless portal operations, high-quality content delivery and enhanced user engagement, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to support TICC’s innovation and knowledge dissemination mandate.
Duties And Responsibilities Bajaj Finance Ltd.’s TICC - Technology Innovation and Collaboration Centre serves as a strategic hub for innovation, technology exploration and knowledge dissemination. The Associate Lead Content Specialist is responsible for end-to-end ownership of content strategy, Knowledge Hub portal management and digital engagement initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational innovation objectives. Content Strategy & Management
- Lead content planning, creation, curation and publishing for the Knowledge Hub and TICC Website
- Deliver high-volume, high-quality content across formats including articles, long reads, blogs, newsletters and research content
- Enable and scale crowd-sourced content contributions and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Manage content taxonomy, tagging, SEO metadata and content structuring to enhance discoverability and search performance
- Ensure consistency in content quality, tone and alignment with TICC’s innovation themes and business priorities Thought Leadership & Research
- Develop CXO-level thought leadership content, including tech long reads, GenAI newsletters and special issues
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, Security, Quantum and more and translate complex technology concepts into business-relevant insights and narratives for internal stakeholders
- Contribute to Knowledge Hub, TICC website and internal tech events communications TICC Content & Knowledge Hub Management
- Own and manage the Knowledge Hub portal, ensuring high availability, performance and seamless user experience
- Drive portal enhancements, UI/UX improvements, taxonomy structuring and content discoverability
- Collaborate with IT, Infra, Network Security and Vendor teams for deployments, upgrades, bug resolution and portal stability
- Support infrastructure and DevOps operations, including environment setup, migration coordination, CI/CD pipelines and release management
- Ensure portal security, compliance and vulnerability remediation in line with organizational and regulatory standards
- Conduct UAT validation, sanity testing and post-deployment monitoring to maintain portal reliability Performance & Engagement Management
- Monitor and drive portal engagement metrics, including MAU and content performance
- Collaborate with design teams to execute content-led engagement initiatives, including technology event campaigns, leadership emailers, newsletters, and tech event initiatives
- Track content effectiveness and optimize user journeys and content consumption patterns
- Collaborate with stakeholders to increase adoption and utilization of Knowledge Hub portals Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination
- Engage with internal stakeholders (TICC, Design, Network Security, Infrastructure, IT, Business Teams) to align content and portal initiatives with business needs
- Coordinate with external portal vendor partners and design teams for execution and delivery|
- Act as a bridge between portal development team and business users for better alignment
- Manage timely vendor partner deliverables, timelines and quality outputs Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to TICC tech initiatives by enabling end-to-end content and communication for technology events, campaigns and leadership outreach
- Identify opportunities to improve content workflows, portal efficiency and user experience
- Support TICC events, initiatives and knowledge-sharing programs

Required Qualifications And Experience
- Qualifications
- Postgraduate with demonstrated experience in technology/technical content writing and the ability to understand and communicate complex technology concepts effectively
- 3-6 years of experience in content strategy, research, digital content management and knowledge portal ownership
- Strong background in technology-driven content, BFSI research and CXO-level report writing
- Experience in portal management, including requirements, user stories, UAT and release coordination
