Senior Business Analyst

About the Role: We are hiring a Sr. Business Analyst to drive business performance tracking, insights, and decision-making across key business functions. You will be at the center of decision-making, partnering with marketing, sales, finance, and product teams to ensure execution excellence and data insight-driven growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Monitor key metrics to understand daily and weekly business performance.
• Identify “what worked” and “what didn’t,” and deep dive into underperforming segments. Independently conduct root cause analyses and present actionable insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, finance, supply chain, and product teams.
• Drive initiatives that improve business outcomes through continuous data-backed improvements.
• Track and automate key dashboards and reports to simplify performance monitoring.
• Manage and mentor junior analysts, fostering a high-performance, analytical culture.

Who We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years of experience in an analytics or data-driven role.
• Graduate from a Tier-1 institute (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel (must-have).
• Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and conducting root cause analysis (RCA).
• Solid business acumen with the ability to connect data insights to business outcomes.
• Experience working in cross-functional environments and influencing stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering data-driven insights that impact decision-making.
• High level of ownership and accountability.
• Strong bias for speed, execution, and results.
• Structured thinking with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and solve complex problems with minimal guidance. Location: HSR layout in Bangalore (Office Onsite 5 days a week)
