Position Title: Product Manager/Business Analyst Mode: 100% Remote Contract: Full-time Working Days: Monday to Saturday Shift Timing: 06:00 AM – 03:00 PM EST Experience Required: 6+ Years Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager to develop and implement a product strategy aligned with company goals. This role involves data-driven decision-making, market research, and cross-functional collaboration with teams like development, marketing, and sales. The Product Manager will lead the product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring seamless communication through clear documentation and guiding the team towards continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities • Conduct thorough business analysis to gather requirements, define scope, and identify process improvements. • Document functional requirements, workflows, use cases, and wireframes with clarity and structure. • Lead cross-functional collaboration between design, engineering, legal, and support teams. • Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with development teams. • Own the product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and iteration. • Create and manage roadmaps, release plans, and sprint goals with realistic timelines. • Translate complex legal/business needs into intuitive, scalable tech solutions. • Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and data analysis to inform product decisions. • Ensure QA coordination and UAT with relevant stakeholders. Roles and Responsibilities: Product Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and vision. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions, identify trends, and continuously optimize the product for maximum performance Documentation: Generate clear and comprehensive documentation for product features, functionality, and user guides to ensure seamless communication within the team and with end-users. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing success. Leadership: Provide clear direction and leadership to the product development team, inspiring a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development and strategy.
Qualifications • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis and Product Management. • Proven ability to manage SaaS, B2B, or enterprise-level software development projects. • Expertise in tools such as (JIRA / Click Up / Asana / Confluence / Notion / Google Docs) • Figma / Lucid chart / Miro (for mock-ups and process flows) • Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies. • Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset. • Experience with cross-functional teams, including engineers, UX/UI, and business stakeholders. • Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring products are delivered on time and within scope.
