Job Summary

Role: Senior Business Analyst. Location: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bengaluru (Hybrid). Experience: 7+ Years. Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agile/SAFe methodologies, business process analysis, and exposure to AI-assisted tools for documentation and testing.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs.
• Functional Specifications: Translate requirements into clear functional documents and workflows.
• Agile Practices: Participate in sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and Agile ceremonies.
• User Story Development: Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, personas, and process flows.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent communication and provide regular updates.
• Collaboration with IT: Work closely with developers and QA teams to clarify requirements.
• User Acceptance Testing: Coordinate UAT cycles to validate solutions.
• Change Management: Support training, documentation, and adoption activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and Agile practices.

Qualifications

Experience

• Hands-on experience handling multiple cross-functional teams and managing parallel workstreams.
• Strong Banking / Financial Services domain experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/SAFe frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on experience with Azure Devops
• Proven ability to articulate business needs into well-documented requirements.
• Experience with AI-assisted requirement and testing tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally).
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Administration; Master's degree preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with MS Project, HP QC, VSTS/TFS.
• Exposure to wire-framing, visualization tools, automated QA.
• Ability to conduct Design Thinking sessions and translate insights into solution features.
