Business Analyst eCommerce / Digital Projects (7–10 Years)
About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to define business requirements, user stories, and solutions for digital/eCommerce projects, while acting as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business cases, user stories, and requirements for digital projects
- Partner with delivery and QA teams to propose and validate solutions
- Serve as SME for the Delivery and QA teams, ensuring requirements stay within project scope
- Drive Agile ceremonies using JIRA and Confluence
- Present solution demos and deliver training/documentation to clients
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and relationships
- Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops with clients and internal/external teams
Requirements
- 7–10 years of Business Analysis experience, including 2+ years in Digital/eCommerce projects
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technology
- Proven experience writing business cases, user stories, and test plans for digital/product initiatives
- Strong Agile/Scrum experience (JIRA, Confluence)
- Understanding of ERP and eCommerce system integrations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with US clients/prospects preferred
