Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedBusiness Analystwith a strong background inAgile software development, product backlog management, and a proven track record in thelogistics domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-impact product features with precision and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manageproduct backlogsfor Agile software projects, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely withClient Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
• Conduct thoroughsystem analysisand interpret features directly from development code where needed.
• Write and execute complexdatabase queriesfor system validation and troubleshooting.
• Translate business needs into detaileduser stories, acceptance criteria, and other Agile artefacts for the development team.
• Create and maintain critical project documentation including:
• Project Initiation Document (PID)
• System Requirements Specification (SRS)
• User Interface Prototypes
• Process Maps and Business Models
• Model and reengineerbusiness processesfor increased operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Contribute to thequality assuranceprocess by validating features against requirements.
• Propose innovative solutions and continuous improvements to existing processes and workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Minimum5-6 yearsof relevant experience with at least:
• 3 yearsin Agile product backlog and requirement management
• 1 yearin software development or quality assurance
• Strong domain expertise inlogistics and supply chainoperations
• Excellentanalyticalandcritical thinkingcapabilities
• Proficiency in modernrequirement managementtools anddocumentation systems
• Familiarity withUI prototyping toolsandbusiness process modeling tools
• Ability to interpret developer code to extract business logic and assess feature impact
• Advanced knowledge ofSQLand hands-on experience writing and executing database queries
• Exceptionalinterpersonal,communication, andstakeholder managementskills
• High degree ofwork commitment, attention to detail, andproblem-solving acumen

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification inAgile Business Analysis,Scrum, or equivalent would be an added advantage
