Senior Business Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in healthcare domain using Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet customer needs.
• Develop detailed documentation of project plans, progress updates, and issue resolutions.
• Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.

Job Requirements :

• 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services & consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud platform and its applications in healthcare domain.
• Proven track record of analyzing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.
