Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements.
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and surveys to understand business processes and improvement opportunities.
• Process Improvement:
• Analyse current business processes and identify inefficiencies or automation opportunities.
• Design and implement optimized workflows and business process reengineering (BPR).
• Stakeholder Management:
• Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and third-party vendors.
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Create reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) as required.
• Project & Change Support:
• Work closely with project managers and product owners to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Support testing activities including UAT by developing test cases and coordinating test efforts.
• Data Analysis:
• Interpret data, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Work with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to support data-driven decision-making.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a relevant domain (e.g. Deposits and Agencies ).
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio).
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau).
