Responsibilities
- Discussion with customer/project team to understand requirements/gap
- Requirement documentation (BRD/SRS/Gap Analysis Document Preparation)
- Requirement walk-through and getting requirement sign-off from customer
- Reviewing test cases
- Functional testing
- KT/Clarifications to Development Testing Teams
- Status Reporting
- Client Super User Training
- Coordination during client UAT
Qualifications and Work Experience
- Should have 4 7 years of relevant work experience in General / All Commercial claims Insurance.
- Should have involved in implementation of insurance applications throughout all phases of SDLC.
- Should have understanding of Portals for Sales Channels, Customers, Mobile Applications for Sales Channel and Customers.
- General / all Commercial claims products Experience.
- Licentiate/Associate/Fellow in General Insurance from Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai.
- MS Office, MS Visio, Knowledge on any Requirements Gathering Tool.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent Documentation Skills.
