Senior Business Analyst - Supply Chain + Azure Databricks

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead supply chain analytics initiatives, bridging business stakeholders and delivery teams across LATAM and other emerging markets, while driving requirements gathering, process design, and solution delivery on Azure Databricks.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with LATAM and other EM stakeholders
• Align teams to drive current-state assessment, fit-gap analysis, and future-state design
• Define business requirements, user stories, process flows, KPIs, and acceptance criteria
• Create mapping documents and translate market requirements in detail to ensure gap-free delivery
• Collaboration with delivery teams to support supply analytics solutions on Azure Databricks
• Support SIT/UAT and business alignment activities
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams

Requirements

• 7-10 years of overall IT experience, including 6+ years of Business Analysis experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics
• Understanding of supply chain processes, planning cycles, and KPI frameworks
• Expertise in requirements management, process control, and stakeholder management
• Background in FRD creation and requirement gathering within Agile environments

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Azure Databricks, SQL, and Power BI
