Senior Business Analyst - Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from insurance business stakeholders.
• Understand and document insurance processes, products, workflows, and business rules.
• Prepare BRD, FSD, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional queries.
• Support digital insurance journeys including policy quotation, issuance, renewal, endorsement, claims, customer servicing, and payments.
• Coordinate requirements across web, mobile, backend APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Participate in requirement workshops, walkthroughs, sprint planning, demos, and UAT.
• Perform gap analysis between existing and proposed processes.
• Support integration requirements involving insurance core systems, payment gateways, customer platforms, and external services.
• Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.
• Maintain requirement traceability and ensure scope alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare user guides, process documentation, and knowledge-transfer materials where required.
