• Immediate Joiners Preferred We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong fintech domain experience to bridge the gap between our global customers and our technology teams. You will own requirements gathering, functional documentation, and client engagement across CBS implementations and product enhancements — working across markets in Singapore, Ireland, and the broader APMEA region.

What You'll Do

• Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for CBS implementations and enhancements.
• Translate complex financial business processes into clear user stories, BRDs, functional specs, and process flow diagrams.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal development, QA, and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead requirement workshops, walkthroughs, and sign-off sessions with client stakeholders.
• Support UAT — preparing test scenarios, coordinating with clients, and tracking defect resolution to closure.
• Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements early and drive resolution with project teams.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions by channeling client feedback and market insights to the product team.
• Manage client escalations on requirements and scope with professionalism and clarity.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with fintech domain experience — this is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of core banking, payments, lending, or credit union operations
• Proven ability to write high-quality functional specifications, BRDs, and user stories
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing requirements across multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with UAT coordination and defect management processes
• Comfortable working across time zones with clients in Singapore, Ireland, UAE, and the wider APMEA region
• Proficient with tools like JIRA, Github, Confluence, Visio, or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to present complex requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
