Role Description The Senior Business Analyst Developer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Patna, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating them into scalable, technology-enabled solutions for Japture’s student platform. Day-to-day activities include conducting stakeholder interviews, mapping workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to design and refine system features. The Senior Business Analyst Developer will develop functional specifications, support data-driven decision-making through reports and dashboards, and ensure that solutions align with organizational goals and user needs. The role also involves testing enhancements, supporting implementation, and continuously monitoring performance to recommend iterations and optimizations.

• Experience in product or platform development, preferably in edtech or technology-driven environments.
• Proficiency with business analysis tools (e.g., process modeling, requirements management, and reporting tools).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
