Role Summary

The incumbent will manage end-to-end Cash & Bank operations, ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, support treasury activities, and maintain effective stakeholder coordination. The role requires expertise in fund management, banking operations, regulatory compliance, accounting processes, and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

Cash & Bank Operations

• Manage and monitor cash and bank-related activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Execute payment processes while adhering to established controls.
• Support fund allocation and cash flow management activities.
• Ensure timely processing of domestic and cross-border payments.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations and RBI guidelines related to cross-border transactions.
• Manage statutory payments and ensure adherence to government compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit-related activities.
• Liaise with CA firms for:
• Form 144 filings
• Form 145 filings
• TDS Returns
• Ensure all statutory deadlines are met without exceptions.

Fund Management

• Prepare and provide advance fund forecasts for upcoming payments.
• Monitor cash positions and ensure balanced fund utilization.
• Coordinate with banking partners on treasury-related matters.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

• Manage General Ledger (GL) and Sub-Ledger accounting activities.
• Support monthly closing activities and ensure timely delivery of financial results.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and First Pass Yield in accounting transactions.
• Perform reconciliations and standard financial processes related to Cash & Bank operations.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with:
• Banks
• Auditors
• User Departments (TEF, MOE, etc.)
• Logistics Teams
• CA Firms
• Address payment-related queries and service requests within agreed timelines.
• Ensure seamless communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Logistics & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with Physical Logistics and Logistics Planning teams.
• Support material inward-related financial transactions and queries.
• Facilitate audit documentation and compliance requirements.

Continuous Improvement & KPI Management

• Participate actively in achieving defined annual KPIs.
• Drive process adherence and operational excellence.
• Support standardization and optimization of Cash & Bank processes.
