Job Description

Lifestyle Foods Private Limited (Brand: Chukde Spices) is looking for an experienced Senior Brand Manager to drive brand growth, marketing strategy and category development from our Delhi Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies for FMCG food categories.
• Manage brand positioning, communication and marketing campaigns.
• Drive new product launches, packaging development and product lifecycle management.
• Conduct consumer research, competitor analysis and market insights.
• Plan ATL, BTL, digital marketing and trade marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Sales, R&D, Production and Creative teams.
• Manage agencies and ensure effective brand execution.

Candidate Profile:

• MBA in Marketing preferred.
• 812 years of experience in FMCG Brand Management.
• Experience in Spices / Food Processing / Packaged Food industry mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of brand building, product launches and consumer marketing.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
