Role Description The Brand Manager – Partnerships and Alliances (Ad Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and cultivating strategic brand partnerships that leverage NoBrokerHood’s community platform and ad inventory to drive revenue and enhance brand visibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and pitching to potential partners, designing partnership proposals, negotiating and closing ad sales deals, and managing ongoing partner relationships. The Brand Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to create integrated campaigns, ensure seamless execution, and track performance against agreed KPIs. The role also involves analyzing market trends, evaluating new business opportunities, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports to support decision-making.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in New Business Development and Sales, with a focus on revenue generation and account management.
- Proven ability to build and manage Strategic Partnerships and Strategic Alliances that deliver measurable value to all stakeholders.
- Background in Channel Sales or partnership-led distribution models, ideally within digital, advertising, or technology-driven businesses.
- Strong understanding of ad sales, media planning, and brand collaboration models across online and offline channels.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with an ability to influence senior decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and dashboards to manage pipelines and report performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Prior experience in prop-tech, ad-tech, SaaS, or community/consumer platforms is beneficial.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
