Role Overview

We are looking for a senior Brand Marketing professional to lead brand strategy and integrated marketing initiatives across real estate projects. The role will focus on building brand visibility, driving project launches, and delivering impactful ATL, BTL and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategy, positioning and communication for corporate and project brands.
• Lead ATL, BTL, digital, events and activation campaigns across key markets.
• Drive end-to-end marketing strategy for new project launches and key campaigns.
• Manage creative, media, digital, PR and event agencies to ensure effective execution.
• Develop budget, media plans, campaign strategies and marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights and competitor activity to identify brand opportunities.
• Own marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation and ROI.
• Work closely with Sales, Digital, CRM, PR and other business teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Track campaign and brand performance and present key insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the brand marketing team.
• Manage developer relations & vendor management.

Who Can Apply?

• 8-12+ years of experience in Brand Marketing / Integrated Marketing / Marketing Communications, preferably in Real Estate or consumer-facing industries.
• Strong experience in ATL, BTL, OOH, media planning and project launches.
• Proven experience in managing agencies, budgets and large-scale campaigns.
• Strong strategic thinking, creativity, communication and stakeholder management skills.
