Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, including recruitment, training, and team management.
  
• Oversee daily activities of the branch office, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ensure persistency by identifying opportunities for cross-selling life insurance products.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in agency channel or similar industry (insurance sales).
  
• Strong understanding of agency sales, branch handling, branch management, team handling, team leading, branch supervision, and persistency.
  
• Proven track record in achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
