About this role
- Drive new business premium, policy issuance, and revenue targets for the assigned branch.
- Manage and grow business through Corporate Agency/Bancassurance partner relationships, including bank branches and partner teams.
- Build strong relationships with Branch Managers, Regional Managers, Cluster Heads, and key stakeholders of the partner organization.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor daily sales activity, lead generation, conversion, case login, issuance, and productivity.
- Identify business opportunities within the assigned partner branches and develop strategies to improve penetration.
- Conduct regular joint field visits, branch meetings, sales reviews, and business planning with the partner team.
- Ensure effective utilization of leads and improve lead-to-conversion and customer acquisition ratios.
- Track team performance against key metrics such as FLS productivity, premium, cases, activation, persistency, and manpower.
- Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of the sales team.
- Drive contests, campaigns, and engagement initiatives to improve partner and team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, sales processes, and compliance requirements.
- Analyze branch performance and prepare periodic business reviews for management.
- Handle escalations from partner branches and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Operations, Training, Underwriting, Claims, and Customer Service to ensure smooth business processing.
