• Drive branch business growth and achieve sales targets.
• Acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
• Promote CASA, deposits, loans, insurance, and other banking products.
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market activities.
• Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Ensure proper KYC, documentation, compliance, and customer service.
• Monitor sales performance, portfolio quality, and prepare regular reports.
