Senior Bim Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Prepare architectural, structural, or MEP models as per project requirements.
• Coordinate BIM models with multidisciplinary design teams.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks Manage.
• Prepare shop drawings, coordinated drawings, sections, and schedules.
• Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project BIM execution plans.
• Identify and resolve modelling and coordination issues.
• Support BIM Coordinators and BIM Managers in project delivery.
• Manage model updates, revisions, and documentation.
• Mentor junior BIM modellers and review their modelling deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of BIM models in accordance with project deadlines.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of experience in BIM modelling.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience with Navisworks Manage and clash detection.
• Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and LOD requirements.
• Experience in multidisciplinary coordination.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Qualification

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline

Preferred Experience

Experience working on commercial buildings, residential developments, hospitals, airports, infrastructure, or other large-scale projects.
