Senior BIM Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented BIM Engineer/Sr.BIM Engineer/BIM Coordinator (MEP) to join our growing team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MEP BIM modeling, coordination, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams using industry-standard tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design accuracy.
• Utilize BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud) for model coordination and data management.
• Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and detailed documentation in line with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM standards, workflows, and quality benchmarks.
• Participate in coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts proactively.
• Maintain proper model documentation and version control.

• Proficiency in:
• Autodesk Revit (MEP)
• Navisworks
• BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud
• Hands-on experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
