We Are Hiring | Client Billing
SJ Contracts is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our team for our ongoing construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Billing: Preparation and submission of Running Account (RA) bills and final bills.
- Quantity Surveying: Measurement, quantity take-offs, and verification of executed work.
- Variations & Extra Items: Preparation of deviation statements, extra-item rate analyses, and variation claims.
- Client Coordination: Resolving billing queries and coordinating with consultants, PMC teams, and client representatives.
- Payment Follow-up: Tracking bill submissions, certifications, deductions, and payment status.
- Material Reconciliation: Reconciliation of cement, steel, concrete, reinforcement, and other construction materials, wherever required.
