Senior Billing Engineer

Position: Senior Billing Engineer who can do MEP Billing along with Civil

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer with a Civil Engineering background for a mall/commercial building project in Dehradun. The candidate must have strong expertise in Civil Billing and Quantity Surveying, along with a working knowledge of MEP Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation, checking and verification of RA Bills, Final Bills and subcontractor bills.
• Handling billing for RCC, structural, finishing and other civil works.
• Verification of BOQ, quantity take-offs, measurements, rate analysis and variation claims.
• Review and verification of MEP bills, including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Fighting works.
• Knowledge of applicable RCC Codes, IS Codes, technical specifications and relevant government regulations.
• Understanding of contract conditions, advance payment procedures, mobilization advance recovery, retention and other applicable deductions.
• Preparation of reconciliation statements, extra item statements and deviation reports.
• Coordination with contractors, consultants and project teams for billing and commercial matters.
• Maintaining accurate billing documentation and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements.

Mandatory Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Civil & MEP Billing and Quantity Surveying.
• Working knowledge of MEP Billing.
• Strong understanding of BOQ, RA Bills, rate analysis, RCC/IS Codes and contract administration.
• Experience in mall, commercial building, high-rise or similar construction projects preferred.
• Good documentation, coordination and analytical skills.
