Shelke Constructions is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Engineer to join our team in Pune.

Project Experience Required
Candidates must have hands-on experience in:
- High-Rise Residential Building Projects
- Mivan / Aluminium Formwork Projects
- Contracting / Construction Contractor Firms
- Contractor Billing & Client Billing
- BBS (Bar Bending Schedule)
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and verification of Contractor Bills / RA Bills
- Preparation and checking of Client Bills and Subcontractor Bills
- Quantity measurement and reconciliation as per site execution
- Preparation and verification of BBS and reinforcement quantities
- Checking drawings, BOQ and site measurements for billing purposes
- Measurement of civil, RCC, finishing and other construction activities
- Preparation of Rate Analysis, Quantity Reconciliation & Cost Statements
- Coordination with Site, Planning, QS, Contracts and Project Teams
- Verification of subcontractor bills and work measurements
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of bills
- Identify quantity variations, extra items and deviations
- Maintain proper billing documentation and records
Candidate Profile
Must Have:
- 7–12 years of relevant experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying
- Strong experience in High-Rise Residential Construction
- Hands-on experience in Mivan / Aluminium Formwork
- Experience with a Contracting / Construction Contractor Company
- Strong knowledge of Contractor Billing, RA Bills & BBS
- Good understanding of BOQ, measurements and quantity calculations
- Ability to independently handle billing activities at project sites
Preferred Candidates
Candidates currently or previously working with reputed construction contracting companies and having strong exposure to Mivan high-rise residential projects will be preferred.
