Senior Billing Engineer Precast Concrete

Role & responsibilities

• Approximately 15 years of relevant experience in civil construction billing, quantity surveying, or precast project commercial operations.
• Experience in precast concrete manufacturing and supply projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, client billing, rate analysis, and quantity reconciliation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and billing software.

• Prepare client bills for precast columns, beams, walls, Hollow Core Slabs (HCS), and other precast elements.
• Prepare BOQs, rate analysis, RA bills, and final bills.
• Verify quantities manufactured, dispatched, supplied, and installed at client sites.
• Coordinate with clients, project teams, production, dispatch, and site engineers.
• Handle project-wise billing, quantity reconciliation, variations, and extra-item claims.
• Monitor client payments, outstanding bills, and billing documentation.
• Prepare project-wise cost and commercial reports.
