Position: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 2- 6+ Years
Location: Laxmi Cyber City, Kondapur, Hyderabad (On-site)
Work Timings: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (9 AM 6 PM EST)

Role & responsibilities

* Market bench consultants and maintain an active bench list.
* Handle placements for CPT, OPT EAD, GC, H1B and H-1B transfer candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 vendors to generate more
requirements.
* Customize resumes according to job requirements and submit them promptly.
* Identify new market opportunities and develop relationships with new vendors.
* Conduct cold calling and update consultant profiles across job boards.
* Maintain and regularly update vendor databases by client and region.
* Monitor market trends and explore new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* 2–6+ years of hands-on US IT Bench Sales experience.
* Proven ability to meet or exceed targets and achieve successful placements.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
