Senior Beauty Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on skin care, personal care, and beauty products to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.
• Manage counter sales performance by driving revenue growth, increasing product knowledge, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with store teams to achieve sales targets, promote new launches, and enhance overall store appearance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-13 years of experience in fashion retail or related industry (beauty & personal care).
• Strong understanding of luxury sales principles and retail marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
