Senior Beauty Advisor

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide expert advice on luxury skincare products and services to customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage counter sales performance by achieving targets, increasing sales revenue, and maintaining a visually appealing store display.
• Develop strong relationships with customers through personalized consultations, building loyalty and driving repeat business.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals, provide product knowledge training, and maintain store standards.

Job Requirements :

• 1-12 years of experience in retail sales or related field (beauty & personal care industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of cosmetics, counter sales, fashion, fragrance, perfumes, showroom sales, skin care, and luxury sales principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and relationship-building.
