Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted growth in microfinance and individual banking segments.
• Manage and nurture a portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales and service officers to enhance their performance and professional development.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends.
