Senior Backend Engineer

ABOUT THE ROLE

Join us as a Senior Backend Engineer in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. Full-Time, On-Site, joining within 45 days. You will design and implement robust APIs and manage database architecture to support scalable applications. You will be accountable for optimizing backend processes and ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs.
2. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
3. Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and bugs.
5. Implement security and data protection measures.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
7. Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

1. Proven experience in backend development, particularly with API and database design.
2. Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
3. Experience with database technologies like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
4. Familiarity with cloud services and server management.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
7. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
