Preferred Experience: 4+ Years Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI and Django. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing scalable backend architectures, developing high-performance APIs, and working on modern web applications. While the primary focus of this role is backend development, the candidate should also have working experience with React.js and be comfortable collaborating on full-stack features when required.

Key Responsibilities ● Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python. ● Build high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI and Django. ● Develop and optimize microservices and backend architecture. ● Collaborate with frontend developers and contribute to React-based features when needed. ● Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable application logic. ● Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side processes. ● Work with relational and non-relational databases. ● Participate in system design discussions, architecture planning, and code reviews. ● Integrate third-party APIs and services. ● Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and documentation. ● Work closely with DevOps teams for deployment and CI/CD processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications ● Strong hands-on experience in Python programming. ● Excellent experience with FastAPI and Django frameworks. ● Good understanding of backend architecture and scalable system design. ● Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. ● Working knowledge of React.js for frontend integration and feature development. ● Strong understanding of relational databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL. ● Experience with database optimization and query tuning. ● Familiarity with Git and version control practices. ● Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. ● Good communication and collaboration abilities.

Good to Have: ● Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. ● Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. ● Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. ● Familiarity with authentication mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth. ● Exposure to caching technologies like Redis. ● Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.
