What You'll Work On

• Design and develop web applications, APIs, and microservices using Node.js, React, and JavaScript.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure, and cost-effective applications on AWS using services such as Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, and RDS.
• Design solutions using both relational and NoSQL databases based on business requirements.
• Develop secure APIs with appropriate authentication, encryption, and security practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD, observability, test automation, and other DevOps initiatives.
• Evaluate and adopt modern technologies to improve platform capabilities and engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand use cases and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable, extensible, and resilient solutions through strong engineering and testing practices.
• Support applications in production and contribute to operational excellence, reliability, and recoverability.
• Mentor and collaborate with team members across APAC, EMEA, and the US.

What You Bring

• 5 to 8 years of strong hands-on software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and building RESTful microservices.
• Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript for UI and API development.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development.
• Strong architectural skills with the ability to design scalable, highly available, resilient, and cost-effective applications.
• Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases.
• Good understanding of API security and data encryption.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.
• Ability to select appropriate technologies and tools based on business and technical requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• A curious, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on engineering excellence and continuous improvement.

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with DevOps and cloud automation.
