Role Description
Senior Azure DevOps & Microsoft Fabric Engineer Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Azure DevOps & Microsoft Fabric Engineer to support enterprise-scale data integration initiatives. The role involves establishing and managing Azure infrastructure, enabling CI/CD pipelines, administering Microsoft Fabric environments, and driving DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), security, governance, and production support practices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring scalable, secure, and reliable platform operations across multiple environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Microsoft Azure environments to support data integration and analytics workloads.
- Provision and administer Microsoft Fabric workspaces, capacities, and associated platform services.
- Configure and manage OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, and Azure Data Factory components within the data platform ecosystem.
- Establish and maintain DEV, SIT, UAT, and PROD environments with standardized deployment processes.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git-based source control practices.
- Automate deployment of Microsoft Fabric artifacts, notebooks, pipelines, semantic models, and configuration assets.
- Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions to automate environment provisioning and configuration management.
- Define source control, branching, release, and deployment strategies to support enterprise delivery requirements.
- Automate build, testing, promotion, and release processes across environments.
- Implement monitoring, ing, and observability standards using Azure Monitor and Azure Log Analytics.
- Configure operational dashboards and support proactive platform monitoring.
- Establish and support incident, problem, change, and operational management processes.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, performance, and operational stability.
- Configure identity and access management, including RBAC, service accounts, and secure access controls.
- Support secure connectivity and onboarding of data sources into the enterprise data platform.
- Support deployment, release management, rollback planning, recovery procedures, and production readiness activities.
- Participate in production support, hypercare, and warranty phases.
- Create and maintain operational runbooks, support documentation, and deployment standards.

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
