Senior Azure Devops Engineer

Job Title: Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer (Azure)

Location: Bangalore

About the Role -- We are looking for a skilled SRE/DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and scale our cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. You will bridge software development and operations, ensuring high availability, peak performance, and security across our production systems while streamlining our software delivery pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Provision, manage, and scale cloud infrastructure on Azure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / ARM / Bicep).
• Reliability & Monitoring: Define and track SLIs/SLOs, implement proactive monitoring and alerting (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus/Grafana), and lead incident management.
• CI/CD & Automation: Build, optimize, and maintain automated deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions.
• Containerization & Orchestration: Manage containerized workloads using Docker and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Security & Compliance: Enforce cloud security best practices, manage Azure RBAC, key vaults, and network security policies.

Key Requirements

• Experience: 6+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
• Azure Expertise: Strong working knowledge of core Azure services (Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, Azure SQL, Key Vault, VNet, Load Balancers).
• IaC Tools: Proficiency in Terraform or Azure Bicep.
• Container Stack: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Scripting/Coding: Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• OS & Networking: Solid Linux and Windows administration skills with foundational knowledge of cloud networking.
