Job Summary
The opportunity: Axiom Business Analyst.
Responsibilities Regulatory Reporting & Business Analysis - Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory requirements.
- Translate regulatory reporting requirements into functional specifications for AXIOM implementation.
- Perform gap analysis between current and target-state regulatory reporting processes.
- Define business rules, data mappings, validation rules, and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business, risk, finance, and technology stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support UAT planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off activities.
- Participate in AXIOM platform implementation, migration, transition, and transformation programs.
- Configure and validate regulatory reporting requirements within AXIOM.
- Support data sourcing, data mapping, reconciliation, and reporting workflows.
- Work with technical teams on AXIOM data models and reporting architecture.
- Ensure accurate generation of regulatory returns and compliance reporting outputs.
- Interpret and implement reporting requirements issued by global regulatory bodies.
- Analyze regulatory changes and assess impact on reporting frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory guidelines and reporting standards.
- Support audit, compliance, and governance activities related to regulatory reporting.

You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
