Experience: 6-9 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support AWS infrastructure including EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, and SSM.
• Administer and troubleshoot Windows and Linux servers.
• Perform OS patching, upgrades, hardening, and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage AWS Backup, EBS snapshots, and restoration activities.
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability across AWS environments.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, GPO, and domain integrations.
• Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with Cloud, DevOps, and Security teams.
• Work with ServiceNow and Jira for incident and change management.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of overall IT experience.
• 4-5+ years of hands-on AWS Cloud Operations experience.
• Strong experience with EC2, SSM, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and CloudTrail.
• Expertise in Windows and Linux administration.
• Experience with patch management, backup & recovery, and security compliance.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and GPO.
• Scripting experience in Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Preferred

• AWS SysOps Administrator Certification.
• Exposure to ITIL processes and multi-account AWS environments.
