Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer account servicing activities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and resolve Regulation E disputes in compliance with banking regulations.
• Prepare and validate government reporting deliverables.
• Support investor reporting processes with attention to detail and timeliness.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

• Banking domain experience (mandatory).
• Strong data analysis skills with ability to interpret and present findings.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work in a US Shift and commit to 5 days of office presence.
