Job Title: Internal Risk Auditor / Governance Process Documentation Analyst

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Risk/Process Documentation professional with strong experience in Internal Audit, Risk Governance, Market Risk and Counterparty Risk. The role will be responsible for documenting, reviewing and improving risk processes, controls and procedures while ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal governance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, work instructions and control documentation.
• Review processes and controls against audit findings, policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Risk, Front Office, IT, Compliance and Audit teams for process validation.
• Identify control gaps, process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Maintain documentation, audit trails and version controls in Confluence/SharePoint.
• Prepare governance reports and support audits/regulatory reviews.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Internal Audit, Risk, Controls, Governance or Process Documentation, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk & Counterparty Risk.
• Exposure to Derivatives, Valuation/CVA, Limit Monitoring and Collateral Management.
• Knowledge of Basel III/IV, EMIR and MiFID II.
• Experience with Visio, Lucidchart, ARIS, Excel, Confluence/SharePoint.
• Knowledge of Murex, Calypso or Bloomberg is preferred.
• CIA/CPA/FRM certification is an advantage.

Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
