Senior Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Calculate Net Asset Value (NAV) for private equity funds and prepare NAV reports.
• Review and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of capital calls, distribution allocations, and other investor communications.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in fund accounting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of private equity fund structures and regulations.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial statements using software such as Excel or specialized fund accounting systems.
