Senior Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare regulatory reports for US GAAP and IFRS compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and information necessary for report preparation.
• Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed.
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of reporting results.

Job Requirements :

• 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting or a related field (US GAAP & IFRS).
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Experience working in an investment banking/venture capital/private equity firm.
