Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our fast-growing Strategy& practice within the PwC Advisory Acceleration Centre. Strategy& is PwC’s global strategy consulting business that combines deep industry insights with strategic expertise to help clients build competitive advantages and create effective growth strategies.

This role is focused on Deal Execution (M&A) and supporting private equity and corporate clients through commercial due diligence, investment strategy development, and value creation. The Senior Associate will work closely with UK-based teams, managing analysis, research, and client deliverables for high-impact projects across industries such as Technology, Media, Telecom, Consumer Products, Healthcare, Pharma, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct and review commercial due diligence modules including competition benchmarking, survey analysis, web scraping, and financial/customer analysis.
• Lead day-to-day project deliverables, problem-solving, and work planning while ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate effectively with UK Strategy& teams to support client engagements.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members.
• Develop your own and the team’s technical and functional skills.
• Apply critical thinking to solve complex, unstructured commercial problems.
• Support practice development through proposal responses, client interactions, and knowledge sharing.
• Leverage new technologies including generative AI (genAI) and automation tools to enhance work efficiency.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global business, economic trends, and M&A market developments.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in consulting or related fields.
• Experience in private equity, commercial due diligence, target screening, or M&A advisory is highly desirable.
• Strong ability to independently analyze and solve commercial problems with structured research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional client and team interactions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI is a plus.
• Experience in primary (surveys, desktop research, web scraping) and secondary research.
• Ability to create clear, client-ready reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
• Strong project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA from a reputed business school.
• Previous consulting experience and exposure to multinational work environments is a bonus.
• Strong work ethic, proactive attitude, strategic thinker, and effective problem solver.
