Role Overview:

As a Senior Associate in Accelerated Solutions (M&A IT), you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping clients solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support global management consulting engagements from India to deliver client results
• Conduct analyses, develop insights, and prepare Excel models
• Analyze large data sets and capture as-is processes
• Prepare work plans and design to-be processes
• Support project leads and work directly with client teams
• Facilitate meetings and help in decision making
• Organize and prepare recommendations on client issues
• Participate in new business development, thought leadership, and firm building
• Develop internal relationships and enhance your PwC brand

Knowledge & Skills Required:

• Foundational knowledge in technology areas with strong analytical skills
• Understanding technology and business landscape for clients
• Analyzing technology levers (people, process, technology)
• Ability to deliver business results applying strategic and creative thinking
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Strategic and creative problem-solving mindset
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Support engagement managers in delivering client engagements

Education & Experience:

• MBA from a premier B-School
• Prior consulting or deal experience is an advantage
