Senior Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage collections and cash application activities.
• Monitor AR aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Drive cash flow improvement initiatives and reduce DSO.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve bank and account discrepancies.
• Support month-end closing and cash position reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve financial and operational issues.
• Prepare reports and analyze financial data using MS Excel.
• Work effectively in rotational shifts and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Cab transportation will be provided for either pick-up or drop based on non-social working hours.
