Senior Associate US Mortgage - Default Servicing

We are hiring experienced professionals with strong exposure to US Mortgage / Default Loan Servicing for opportunities based in Salem, Hyderabad & Bangalore

Function: Mortgage Solutions / Default Servicing

Role: Senior Associate

Time: 5pm to 2am

Work from Office:

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle activities related to US Mortgage / Default Servicing processes.
• Meet defined process KPIs and turnaround timelines.
• Review and process mortgage-related documents accurately.
• Perform process audits and identify gaps or exceptions.
• Support remediation and process improvement activities.
• Maintain compliance with company and applicable process standards.
• Prepare reports and provide observations/recommendations.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and attend production calls when required.

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

• Default Mortgage Servicing
• Foreclosure / Pre-Foreclosure
• Loss Mitigation / Loss Mit Claims
• US Mortgage Operations
• Mortgage & Title Documents
• Loan Documentation / Loan Servicing

Eligibility

• Qualification: Any Graduate
• Relevant experience in US Mortgage and/or Title documents
• Default Loan Servicing experience is highly preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Attention to detail and ability to meet timelines
• Candidates with Foreclosure or Loss Mitigation Claims experience will have an advantage
• Candidates who can join within 30 to 45 days / early joiners may be preferred based on the requisition requirement
