• Assisting in advisory engagements ranging from business model optimization, legal matters, TP methodologies, business restructuring, cost allocations, etc.
• Assisting in various phases of Advance Pricing Agreement program including coordination and liasoning with the client and authorities.
• Preparation of transfer pricing reports to be maintained as contemporaneous documentation.
• Preparation and filing of accountants report in Form 3CEB stating the cross-border transactions.
• Conducting benchmarking studies using Indian / foreign databases.
• Drafting of submissions, appeals, etc. to be filed with the respective tax authorities.
• Assisting in representing seniors/counsels clients before the ITAT & HC.
• Representingclients before the tax authorities and appellate bodies.
• Assisting in compliance and advisory arising from the BEPS initiative.
• Research and analysis of the transfer pricing technical points from the litigation standpoint.
• Effective project management, client management and time management.
• Preparation of presentations for knowledge building, training programmes and eminence building activities.
• Knowledge sharing and imparting training to team members and team building exercise .
