Senior Associate - Supply Chain Planning & Analytics

Position Summary:

The Senior Associate Supply Chain, Planning & Analytics is responsible for supporting global supply chain planning processes through data analysis, reporting, planning system maintenance, and business insights generation. This role partners closely with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, and Supply Chain stakeholders to provide analytical support that improves supply visibility, planning performance, inventory management, and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze supply, demand, inventory, and planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

- Support network planning activities through reporting, scenario analysis, and planning recommendations.

- Monitor inventory performance, material availability, and supply chain health indicators.

- Develop analyses to support inventory optimization, safety stock management, and supply continuity.

- Develop, maintain, and automate planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs.

- Maintain planning master data and system parameters within SAP, RapidResponse, and related planning platforms.

- Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate potential impacts of demand, supply, inventory, and capacity changes.

- Identify opportunities to improve planning processes, reporting capabilities, and operational efficiency.

- Partner closely with Network Planning, Site Planning, Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, and Quality organizations.

- Lead supplier onboarding and enablement activities for supply chain collaboration platforms.

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelors or Master's Degree and 5-9 years of experience in Supply Chain, Analytics.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or Life Sciences.

- Experience supporting supply chain planning, inventory management, forecasting, or analytics functions.

- Advanced proficiency with Excel and data analysis tools.

- Experience with SAP, RapidResponse, Kinaxis, or other supply chain planning platforms.

- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.

- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred.
