Senior Associate/ SME- HELOC Process

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shift

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Reviewing Mortgage and Home Equity loan applications for completeness and accuracy
• Gather, review, and validate required documentation for Home Equity and HELOC loans.
• Ordering and coordinating appraisals, title work, flood determinations, and other third-party services
• Preparing loan files for underwriting and closing
• Coordinating with members via email to obtain missing information and provide status updates
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ensuring compliance with lending guidelines, regulations, and internal policies
• Managing loan pipelines and meeting service level expectations
• Support closing, funding/disbursement, post-closing activities, and follow-up for Mortgage, Home Equity and HELOC loans as needed

Required skillsets & Qualification:

• Qualifications: B. Com Or any other equivalent Graduate
• 4+ years of experience in mortgage loan processing, preferably with exposure to Home Equity and/or First Mortgage lending.
• Strong experience in mortgage and home equity processes including Loan processing, Title and vendor ordering, closing document preparation, Closing and disbursing/funding activities, post-closing activities and follow-up
• Good written and verbal communication
• MS office skills
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Willing to work from Office.
