Role & responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) solutions.
- Create and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, and QuickLinks.
- Perform application onboarding and integrations with Active Directory, SAP, Oracle, Web Services, and enterprise applications.
- Develop provisioning and deprovisioning processes for user lifecycle management.
- Configure and maintain Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) models.
- Support User Access Reviews (UAR) and access certification campaigns.
- Develop custom reports and reporting automation solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SailPoint production issues and defects.
- Create Functional and Technical Design Documents (FSD/TSD).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and security teams to gather IAM requirements.
- Support identity governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
