Position Title Senior Associate

Position reports to Assistant Director
Job Purpose
Will be responsible for forecasting production,evaluating reserves, and assessing economic value. This individual will assistin asset management, deal evaluation, acquisitions, and capital redeploymentacross multiple basins in the U.S. Engineer will be working collaborativelywith different departments such as Land, Finance, Accounting, IT, GIS, etc. onvarious projects and tasks
Key Responsibilities
.
l Develop and maintain database of existing PDP wells
l Build reservoir models and model potential development scenarios asto associated reserves
l Maintain Engineering models
l Evaluate potential acquisitions and divestitures
Key Competencies:
l Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalentexperience
l 3-5 (/5+) years of experience in reserves, A&D, or equivalentexperience
l Experience in Economic Evaluations using Aries, or other engineeringsoftware
l Excellent communication skills (written and oral) for internal andexternal project presentations
l Microsoft SQL Server (SQL), Python, and VBA knowledge
l Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
l Working knowledge of major U.S. basins including Permian, Williston,DJ, Eagle Ford, Appalachia and Haynesville
l Experience in AI tools such as Claude Code
